Our hours during the upcoming July 4 holiday are 7am-3pm (Sat., July 4). A special group fitness schedule will be in effect for the day: 9-10am Spin with Allyssa in the Multi-purpose Room; 9-10:30am Zumba with strength training in the Aerobics Studio. Have a safe and enjoyable holiday.
