Involved and improving. Replenished and renewed.
It can be the best time of life: a time devoted to enjoying family and friends, pursuing hobbies and interests, meeting new people with similar (or different!) backgrounds and a shared commitment to Jewish ideals and community. You want to keep or get fit, take care of your body and mind, and stay challenged by the world around you. The JCC offers opportunities for all of that - and more - through group fitness classes, personal training, aquatics, enrichment programs, discussion groups, travel, special entertainment and holiday celebrations, and intergenerational activities that keep us all young.
